Creation of society

We offer a comprehensive service for the formation of a Limited Company (Sociedad Limitada or SL) in Spain—fast, fully legal, and tailored to your needs. We handle all the necessary procedures so your company can be fully operational within 24 hours and with just one trip.

With our professional support, you’ll create a brand-new company — not a pre-formed or shelf company — with customized articles of incorporation signed before a notary, a valid Spanish VAT number (NIF), bank accounts opened, and all the documentation ready for you to start operating the same day.

If needed, we can also domicile your company at our offices in Barcelona and forward your business mail every two weeks to the address you provide.

Since accounting is mandatory in Spain, our in-house accounting team can also take care of your tax and financial management, ensuring your company stays compliant with Spanish tax and social security regulations.

Bank account

We take care of setting up your bank accounts in Spain—both business and personal—quickly, securely, and with full assistance.

Thanks to our partnerships with trusted banks, we help you open your accounts on the same day your company is incorporated. You’ll receive full support to get:

  • A business bank account in your company’s name

  • A personal bank account, if needed

  • Checkbooks and international Visa or Mastercard bank cards

  • Access to online banking with a French-language interface (and other languages available)

  • Delivery of your online banking credentials for remote account management (transfers, payments, etc.)

Our service is complete once you receive your payment methods and full online access.

Domiciliation

We offer legal and commercial domiciliation for your company at our Business Center in central Barcelona, giving you a prestigious business address for your official documents and client interactions.

Depending on your needs, you can choose from a basic or more comprehensive solution that includes:

  • Use of our address as your registered office, business management location, or commercial branch

  • Reception of visitors and full handling of your mail (receipt, scanning, and forwarding)

  • Free monthly consultations with your accountant

  • Optional services such as secretarial support, fax, IP phone, and communications center access

We can also provide you with Spanish phone numbers, landline or mobile, allowing you to answer calls from anywhere as if you were in Spain—maintaining a local, professional presence no matter where you are.

Accounting

We provide a complete in-house accounting service to help you manage your business efficiently and stay compliant with Spanish tax and labor regulations.

Our team of qualified accountants handles everything, including:

  • Bookkeeping and administrative support

  • Preparation and filing of annual accounts and tax returns

  • Legalization of official books

  • Payroll management, employment contracts, and social security declarations

We also guide you through corporate taxation, with reduced rates during the first two years and standard rates based on company size.

Social security contributions are also handled, both for company directors and employees.

Our accounting service is available from €100 to €250/month, depending on the complexity of your business.
