Society taxes

The first 2 years 15% then between 25 and 32.5% corporate tax depending on the size of the company.

SMEs (companies with a turnover of less than 8 million euros) are taxed at 25% on the first 120,202 euros of profit and 30% beyond.

Social security charges in Spain

For the business manager: fixed rate of around €260/month regardless of salary.

For employees: 30.6% employer + 6.35% employee.
